The OKA Portable (10–20 ml tank) typically lasts 1–2 weeks per refill — ideal for cars and personal spaces. The GAS-501F (400 ml) lasts approximately 4–8 weeks. The OKA 5-3000 (800 ml) lasts 6–10 weeks in a typical commercial setting. The GAL 8000 (2,000 ml reservoir) can run 8–12 weeks before a refill is needed in large venues.

For device maintenance, most installations are checked every 1 to 3 months depending on usage intensity and environment. We provide each client with a preventive maintenance schedule that includes atomizer cleaning, oil refill, and system calibration — so your scent stays consistent and your device runs at full efficiency.

For clients in Hurghada and the Red Sea Governorate — including Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Marsa Alam, and Sharm el-Sheikh — we typically schedule the first site visit within 24 to 72 hours after confirming your space details. Installation of a single unit usually takes under two hours. Multi-zone commercial setups are planned individually based on layout and HVAC access.

We also serve clients in Cairo, New Cairo, Alexandria, and other Egyptian cities — delivery and installation timelines for these locations are confirmed at the time of order. For remote or large-scale projects, we coordinate logistics and send a certified technician for setup and calibration.

All installations include device setup, fragrance calibration, a usage walkthrough, and a maintenance schedule. Rental clients also receive priority response for any service requests.

Yes — and there are two main approaches depending on your layout and goals.

The first is HVAC integration: our commercial models — the OKA 5-3000 and GAL 8000 — connect directly to your central air conditioning or fresh air system via a dedicated pipe. This allows a single device to distribute fragrance evenly through all connected zones simultaneously, making it the most efficient solution for hotels, office buildings, malls, and any space with central HVAC.

The second is a multi-unit synchronized setup: for spaces without central HVAC, or where different zones require different scents — for example a calm jasmine in the spa and a warm oud in the lobby — we install multiple units and calibrate each independently. This gives you full control over the scent identity of each area.

Both approaches are available for purchase or rental. We assess your floor plan and airflow during the initial site visit and recommend the most cost-effective configuration for your space.
